It’s how we prepare for you

Specifically:

  • Products are ready that work for your exact needs.
  • We know your coffee order, sensory needs, and preferred vibe.
  • We’ve already thought through your service before you arrive, so we can accurately meet you where you’re at to build on what you know.


Why We Ask You to Fill It Out Before Your Appointment

Here’s the thing: we can’t give you the best possible service if we’re only learning your needs while the clock is ticking.

If we don’t know about:

  • The products you’re using (especially if they’re sabotaging your curls)
  • How you’re really styling your hair, so we can meet you where you’re at.
  • Your sensitivities or allergies
  • The hair goals you’re chasing (or avoiding)
  • What you need a refill on before you forget
  • What inspires you (and yes, that might mean scrolling through five years of photos to find the one)

…then we can’t create the magic you came for.

When you fill out the form ahead of time, we can plan, research, and customize so you get the most out of your appointment.


Why We Don’t Skip the Questions

Here’s the truth: skipping over these conversations would actually be a disservice to you.

If you’re not upfront about what you’re doing with your hair between visits, we can’t give you the guidance you deserve to get the best results. And if we don’t ask? We’re letting you carry on with habits that might be sabotaging your hair goals.

Other salons might gloss over this part to “save time,” but that just leaves you with the same frustrations you walked in with. We’d rather take the time to get it right, so you walk out not just with great hair, but also with the tools and knowledge to keep it thriving.
